• Two sets of towels per guest for the rental
• Household cleaning products and vacuum cleaner, as well as all essential house cleaning items specific to each home

• In the event that any of the above mentioned products and items are missing, Wellguest will provide its own products and the invoiced amount of these products will be deducted directly from the percentage owed to the customer on the payment date the following month.

The owner must notify his/her insurance of the nature of the premises and shall make appropriate changes to the property throughout the rental period (theft and fire). The owner will be responsible for administering and paying service and utilities providers (electricity, heating, internet, cable, pool maintenance, landscape maintenance, snow removal) throughout the duration of this contract. The owner shall provide contact details and hours of operations for each company to Welguest.

The owner must comply with the laws in force on the tax returns resulting from the rental of the property. Welguest does not guarantee any minimum income given the severe selection criteria of tenants. In case of breakage, abnormal wear or disappearance of objects, the customer has 7 days after the property is returned to make a complaint to Welguest by email. Complaints are only to be made to the following address reclamation@welguest.com. A complaint will be filed with Airbnb (surety or insurance).

Welguest reserves the right to contract or perfrom any minor emergency work required as a result of problems that could endanger or interfere with the proper use of the leased premises. This minor work will be carried out by professionals and automatically deducted from the percentage (invoice in support) owed to the customer at the expiry date of this contract. The contract is renewable automatically under the same conditions as the owner sends us new rental dates by email to the address of his/her host (mention on the contract).The breaking of contract on behalf of the owner is subjected has a $500 penalty + 150 $ by cancelled rent./p>

5. Payment

Payment for purchases is by credit card via Paypal, sécurity cryptage SSL à 128 bits. You will be asked to indicate the card number , expiration date and the name of its owner . For additional security , we also ask for the card control number the last 3 digits of the number on the back of the card, near the signature . The customer’s account will be debited when ordering the service.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation of the service can be done without any charges until a month before the delivery of the service in this case, the refund will be in full and without penalty. In case the cancellation is made within 30 days or less of service delivery refund will be less an administration fee of 3% of the amount repaid . There is no refund within 24 hours of delivery of the service The refund request can be done only by email at the following address :refund@welguest.com . The date the refund request email will prevail to determine if administration costs are applicable or not to refund .
